Fjara 1977 is formulated without any intentionally added ingredients of animal origin. It does not contain beeswax, honey, milk derivatives, animal-derived musk, ambergris, civet, castoreum, or other intentionally added animal-derived materials.

The “leather” in the fragrance description refers entirely to an olfactive leather accord. No actual leather or animal-derived leather material is used.

Fjara 1977 is not tested on animals by us, nor do we commission animal testing on the finished fragrance.

Based on its formulation, Fjara 1977 is suitable for vegans.

Resin is from Icelandic trees.

Top Notes

Heart Notes

Sacred oud Samrat and dark patchouli entwine with earthy, forest-fresh essential oils from Tunguskógur, grounding the fragrance in the rugged landscapes of home, where forest shadows echo with freedom and self-discovery.

Base Notes

Warm vanilla weaves through the base, softening the edges like a bittersweet memory of childhood’s simpler days. The richness of Leather and the woody resonance of driftwood amplify the depth, evoking the feel of worn leather, the comfort of roots, and the smoky haze of teenage spirit.
